“Storytelling in Deep Point of View (Deep POV)“

The reader doesn’t want to stand outside the scene, watching two characters fall in love. They want the breathless pause before a kiss. The sting of a careless word. The heat of wanting someone she shouldn’t. The ache when a character risks their heart anyway.

That’s the power of deep POV. In this 90-minute workshop, romance authors will learn how to pull readers closer until every glance, touch, argument, and almost-confession lands with more emotional force. We’ll look at how deep POV sharpens chemistry, strengthens voice, builds romantic tension, and keeps readers inside the character’s fear, desire, vulnerability, and hope.

Writers will leave with practical revision tools, clear examples, and a stronger understanding of how to make a romance feel less like a story being told—and more like a love story being lived.
